I hired my wife as our social media manager because of her extensive experience scrolling

I generally only use social media for work purposes to promote products or make more business connections.

However, my wife and I both love poking fun of and juxtaposing the difference between working in a traditional office setting compared to working from home.

We make ourselves giggle as we come up with memes, slangs, comic strips and cartoons.

The funny side of working from home helps us cope with raising a family, being self-employed, and working from home where we're never more than 50 feet away from each other. We can almost always see, hear, or even smell each other at all times.

I know social media can be helpful to connect with likeminded types of people, or at least entertain other people. However, I'm not as funny as my wife and she likes social media more than I do.

My wife uses social media as one of her favorite forms of entertainment, along with podcasts clean comedy videos (Jim Gaffigan, Brian Regan, Nate Bargatze, drybarcomedy.com, etc.) .

Starting homeofficepolitics.com I've considered hiring a virtual assistant to help with promoting our content and satirical ideas via social media. However, my wife was offended that I'd ask someone else to do this when she thinks she'll do a good job.

So, my wife is now our social media manager because of her extensive experience with scrolling through social media feeds.
